Program starts October 28
Reunion Costa Rica (Reunion), a not-for-profit center founded in 2019 that provides transformational plant medicine journeys for healing and personal growth, is pleased to announce the launch of its Awakening Leadership retreat series.
Having previously hosted and received positive feedback from business leaders and entrepreneurs attending its retreats, Reunion has crafted this event series to create a setting where attendees can intentionally explore the intersection of leadership, professional development, and plant medicines.
Composed of three distinct programs that can be taken individually or consecutively, the Awakening Leadership retreats will empower founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, and creators to set their personal and professional goals and direct their energy towards more thoughtful and conscious work, based on actionable insights gleaned from psychedelic ceremonies and integration.
“At Reunion we often see and hear firsthand how impactful psychedelic ceremony and integration can be to leadership and business practices,” said Reunion Founder and Steward Brad Wells. “The experience we’re offering is intended for those early in their plant medicine journey, who possess a genuine intention and curiosity as to how these transformative practices can better their lives and entrepreneurial journeys. This gathering of like-minded individuals will be focused on learning, healing, wisdom teachings, embodiment practices, meditations, sharing circles, and fun surprises designed to complement the ceremonies in our programming.”
Elevate, the first retreat in the series, was intentionally co-created by Reunion’s highly skilled facilitators and successful leaders and entrepreneurs who have experienced their own transformative personal and professional growth through plant medicine experiences. This will be a seven-week hybrid program including remote preparatory and integration work, as well as a complete seven-night stay at Reunion’s Guanacaste, Costa Rica campus taking place from October 21-28, 2023.

Awakening Leadership commences with Elevate | Level 1 - An Ayahuasca Journey from October 21-28, 2023. Mastery | Level 2 – An Ayahuasca and Huachuma Journey, will be offered from December 30, 2023, to January 6, 2024 while Summit | Level 3 will be launched in 2024.
