Denver, Colorado – Fluence, the leading continuing education organization in the emerging field of psychedelic therapy, today announced its participation in Psychedelic Science 2023, the breakthrough psychedelic conference hosted by Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) and organized by Momentum Events. The event will be the world’s largest gathering of the psychedelic ecosystem, taking place June 19-23, 2023 in Denver, Colorado
Fluence is a Supporting Sponsor of the conference, and its staff and trainers will be participating in a number of events and activities, including:
· A sold-out all-day workshop on Monday, June 19, for licensed professionals on “Psychedelic Integration and Harm Reduction in Clinical Practice” led by Fluence co-founders Ingmar Gorman, PhD, and Elizabeth Nielson, PhD, and Fluence trainer and Director of Policy and Regulatory Affairs Victor Cabral, MSW, LSW, CCTP-I.
· A panel on Wednesday, June 21, from 2:45 - 3:30pm MDT on the Therapy Track on “Educating the next generation of psychedelic practitioners” with Victor Cabral, MSW, LSW, CCTP-I.
· A talk on Thursday, June 22, at 12:30pm MDT on the Marketplace Stage on “Psychedelic training: Bridging clinical trials with community practice” with Ingmar Gorman, PhD, and Elizabeth Nielson, PhD.
· A panel on Thursday, June 22, from 2:30 - 3:30pm MDT on the Studies Track on “Improving study design in trials using psychedelic-assisted therapies” with Ingmar Gorman, PhD.
Fluence will also host an informational booth in the Exhibition Hall (booth #504, near the main entrance) from Wednesday, June 21 to Friday, June 23. Fluence staff, trainers, and associates will be available to answer questions about the company’s training programs and to provide information about the growing field of psychedelic therapy.
